By choosing to purchase Fair Trade products we encourage better working conditions and fair wages for producers. This choice also illustrates the importance we put on protecting the environment in developing countries. But where can one purchase Fair Trade food items and other products? Équiterre has referenced the points of sale and distribution of such products in Quebec in the following three indexes:

• Points of sale for Fair Trade coffee
• Points of sale for other Fair Trade products including cocoa, chocolate, tea, sugar, rice, shea, brown sugar, quinoa, cotton, spices, ice cream, bananas, wine, sport ball and crafts
• Wholesalers of Fair Trade products
