Free talks by eco-friendly gardening expert Edith Smeesters, various locations across QC (in French)

Event date(s):
29 May, 2012 - 12:00 - 5 June, 2012 - 23:59

Since Quebec's Pesticides Management Code came into effect in 2003, a lot of pesticides have disappeared from our garden centres and hardware aisles.

But there is still a lot of confusion surrounding the topic of responsible gardening.

The dream of a "perfect" lawn remains... But how can you maintain your yard without resorting to the now-prohibited, so-called miracle toxins of yesteryear?

Edith Smeesters, one of our province's most vocal eco gardening pioneers and activists, will share tips and tricks on how to garden differently.

Her main message? How to work with nature and encourage biodiversity.
