This summer, our fantastic family farmers will be featured on ICI Radio-Canada’s Par ici l’été, from Monday to Friday between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
The host, Stéphane Bellavance, receives guests and colleagues in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere—as if he’d invited them over to his own backyard. Each week, in the cooking segment, Stéphane will be joined by an Équiterre family farmer, who’ll talk briefly about their farm and organic fruit and vegetable baskets. A guest chef will then whip up culinary delights with fruits and veggies from a typical basket to promote organic products from Québec!
