Équiterre is pleased to provide this submission to the Expert Panel on the Modernization of the National Energy Board. It is our sincere hope and expectation that this review of the NEB and its governing law, the National Energy Board Act, will mark the beginning of a new era in the way that the federal government approaches energy regulation and all other energy matters assigned to the NEB.
