It's a landmark year for us! We're so excited about moving this summer into our new shared headquarters, the Centre for Sustainable Development, that we made the Centre the focus of the 2011 Equiterre Member Meetup:

This is your chance to meet our team and learn more about what we're doing to promote food sovereignty and fight climate change.
On the program:
- Guided tours of the Centre job site (corner of Clark and St. Catherine, details upon registration)
- Information booths
- Cocktail buffet at 5:00
- L’histoire de la Maison du développement durable (How the Centre came to be), a French-language talk by Sidney Ribaux, co-founder and executive director of Equiterre, and chair of the Centre for Sustainable Development
- Presentation of the Laure Waridel bursary
- Election of the Board of Directors
TRANSPORTATION FOR MEMBERS TO THE CENTRE JOB SITE TOURS
- All members of Equiterre are invited to visit the Centre job site.
- If you live in Quebec City, Trois-Rivières, Lanaudière or Gatineau, transportation may be provided or carpooling arranged.

Anyone who makes a donation equal or superior to a membership fee is also considered a member of Equiterre. The Board of Directors may offer free membership to certain people or categories of people, e.g., employees or volunteers who commit to giving a certain amount of time. (To confirm your status, contact lroyer@equiterre.org). It will be possible to become a member at the Meetup.
