Limit of one entry per person and per email address during the contest period, regardless of the number of email addresses held by the participant.
2. Eligibility Requirements
The contest is open to individuals who reside in the province of Quebec and are 18 years of age or older as of the contest start date.
To be eligible for the draw, participants must have agreed to receive communications from Équiterre by checking the box provided for this purpose. It is possible to modify Équiterre contact preferences using the “Email Preferences” link included in the contest confirmation email. To remain eligible until the draw, the “Campaign Follow-up” option must still be active at the time of the draw. To be eligible to receive their prize, each winner must agree to have their name and image used in publications related to the Ensemble, on avance campaign by Équiterre and by the public transit agency concerned.
The contest is open to the public from May 25 to June 30, 2026.

Winners will be notified by email and telephone during the week of the draw. They will be informed of the process for validating their eligibility and how they may claim their prize.
If the selected winner does not respond by email to Équiterre within 7 calendar days (including Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays) following the winner notification, Équiterre reserves the right to put the prize back into play and select a new winner.

5. General Conditions
5.1. The prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be exchanged or refunded. No substitution will be granted.
5.2. If it becomes impossible to provide the prize exactly as described in these rules, the contest organizers reserve the right to substitute it with a prize or item of approximately equivalent value, at their sole discretion.
5.3. Any false statement by a participant will automatically result in disqualification from the contest.
5.4. Équiterre, through one of its representatives, may, at its sole discretion, require proof of identity or age from a participant. Refusal to provide the requested proof will automatically result in the participant’s disqualification.
5.5. The contest organizers disclaim any liability for losses, damages, or bodily injury of any kind, including but not limited to:
- The loss, theft, or corruption of software or computer or telephone data, including privacy breaches;
- Fraudulent calls;

- Damage caused to any person’s computer equipment, including damage resulting from the use or downloading of any content related to the contest;

5.6. Équiterre reserves the right to disqualify any participant who makes obscene, defamatory, or insulting remarks on social media platforms about Équiterre or any third party connected to this contest (the public transit agencies concerned), during or after the contest.
The same applies to infringements of trademarks or any other intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
This condition also applies to a selected winner, as well as to the prize holder designated by a winner. Monthly delivery of the prize may be suspended, where applicable.
5.7. If Équiterre determines that any person has tampered with or misused any aspect of the contest, including but not limited to violating the contest rules, attempting to enter the contest more times than permitted, or acting in a way that interferes with the normal conduct of the contest, that person will be disqualified. Any person who participates or attempts to participate in the contest using robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third-party, or any other similar duplication methods will have those attempts voided and will be disqualified at Équiterre’s sole and absolute discretion.
5.8. Équiterre reserves the right to cancel or suspend the contest at its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to cases where a virus, bug, or other factor beyond its control compromises the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to intentionally cause damage and/or interfere with the legitimate conduct of this contest constitutes a violation of criminal and civil laws. The person selected in the draw may be required to provide proof that they are the holder of the email account associated with the entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid email account.
5.11. By participating in the contest, participants agree to comply with these rules and with the decisions made by Équiterre. In addition, the winner releases Équiterre from any liability for damages they may suffer as a result of taking possession of their prize and waives any claim or legal action against Équiterre.
5.12. Participation in the contest, as well as the consent of individuals to participate and comply with the rules of the Ensemble, on avance contest, are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
