In Montreal this summer? Come see our new home

Actu - Activités estivales à la MDD

The Centre for Sustainable Development, better known by its official name, Maison du développement durable (MDD), is the demonstration green building that we share with other like-minded organizations.

It has several activities for visitors this summer, including two photo exhibits and a community picnic. Basically, if you're in town, consider yourself invited.

  • Winning pics from the Alumia Prize for Photography and Design on display in the atrium, until July 15
  • Recycling Delhi exhibit by photojournalist François Pesant, July 17 to August 12
  • Litterless lunch outside the MDD, Thursday, August 16 (in case of rain, Thursday, August 23)

The building's atrium, which features a five-storey living wall that acts as a natural air filter, is open to the public during the day. So if you are in Montreal's recently revamped entertainment district, the Quartier des spectacles, pop in to see one of the greenest office buildings in North America.
