IN OCTOBER, CELEBRATE HEALTHY, LOCAL AND ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOOD

Published on

Every year in October, Équiterre is pleased to promote Farm to School Month, an event organized across Canada by Farm to Cafeteria Canada (F2CC). Actors from the school community (schools and daycare services, CEGEPs, universities) and from the early childhood sector (daycare centers) are invited to participate in the #Farm to School Month campaign by sharing their activities that promote healthy, local and environmentally responsible food. This year, the theme of the month is "Food Connects".

Throughout October and for the rest of the 2022-2023 school year, Farm to Cafeteria Canada will host conversations and share resources and stories that explore this theme. Whether you decide to do gardening, a food forest or a salad bar, get involved in large numbers and spread the word on social media! #Farm2SchoolMonth, #FoodConnects #Farm2School #SchoolFood. Learn more and participate!
