Apply for the 6th edition of the Laure Waridel bursary.
Since 2008, in recognition of Laure Waridel's contribution to environmental action and social justice, Equiterre has joined forces with the Caisse d'économie solidaire Desjardins to offer the Laure Waridel bursary, which provides funding for research, action and dissemination projects in the fields of the environment and social justice by students and recent graduates.
This year the selection committee will give priority to submissions on the following subjects:
- electric vehicles
- pesticides
- local procurement in institutions
- social marketing for fair trade
But consideration will also be given to projects that correspond to the objectives laid out in Equiterre's Strategic plan 2013-2016 (see pages 10 to 18).
The deadline to apply for this edition of the Laure Waridel bursary is midnight on Saturday, November 30, 2013.
