Unhealthy soils, outdated policies: Why our agricultural programs must adapt

With nearly 20 years' experience in the Canadian food industry, Adeline is a generalist on agri-food issues. Through her experience as a farm management teacher, an economic research consultant in urban agriculture, and her various jobs in institutional catering, or coordinating municipal food system councils, she has seen a panoply of viewpoints, challenges and solutions to co-create a more equitable, ecological and resilient food system.
Motivated by a desire to accelerate change, Adeline joined the Government Relations team in August 2024.
Adeline holds a French degree in agricultural engineering, specializing in agricultural business management. She is a member of the Ordre des agronomes du Québec.
