In order to further explore the issue of access to repair in Quebec, two separate reports were produced through the contribution of RECYC-QUÉBEC.

A survey of Quebec consumers, as well as interviews with local repairers, allowed us to draw up a portrait of repair in Quebec. Two reports have emerged to shed light on the reality in the province.
