This according to a new report, Dirty Oil Diplomacy: The Canadian Government's Global Push to Sell the Tar Sands, published by an international coalition of environmental groups, including:

To mark the release of this report, hundreds gathered at more than 20 Canadian embassies in Europe and North America to express their concerns about the tar sands. Thank you to all who came out!
