The executives of Canada's main environmental groups sent a message to the political leaders for Earth Day, asking them to take concrete and immediate action to address Canada's urgent environmental challenges:
- promote economic stability;
- fight climate change;
- invest in renewable energy;
- create healthy communities;
- protect public land and water.
