The Laure Waridel bursary, worth $10,000, has been awarded annually since 2008 to students involved in research, action and dissemination projects focusing on environmental and social action.
Projects addressing the following subjects will be given first consideration by the 2015 2016 selection committee:
- Impact of the transportation of tar sands oil
- Electrification of collective and individual transportation
- Impact of pesticides on environmental and human health
- Communication strategies for the promotion of fair trade in Quebec
