Nancy Rossi

Nancy is a doctoral student in international political economy at ENAP and a lecturer at the same institution. Specializing in the protection of terroir in the face of globalization, she has over 15 years' experience in the management of wine and gastronomy organizations and companies. A producer of extra virgin olive oil in Italy, she combines artisanal know-how, commitment to the field and academic expertise.
In 2025, she joined Équiterre as event project manager to coordinate, with her partners - the Coalition for Healthy School Food, its Quebec chapter and Farm to Cafeteria Canada - the 2026 National School Food Conference in Montreal. She uses her skills to promote healthy, local and sustainable school food for all Canadian children.
